Primary Care includes general practice, community pharmacy, dental and optometry (eye health) services. These services provide the first point of contact in the healthcare system, acting as the front door of the NHS across Buckinghamshire, Oxfordshire and Berkshire West (BOB).
As BOB Integrated Care Board (ICB) embark on this programme of work to deliver its vision for primary care, it is important that we do this in partnership with patients, public and stakeholders.

We are now launching a conversation around our Primary Care development giving people the opportunity to share their experiences and insights into primary care services.

- Continuity will become increasingly important as the population in BOB ages and the number of people with Long Term Conditions (LTCs) increases. The most effective management of LTCs is evidence based, preventive, proactive and coordinated between the various agencies involved in that person’s care. We’d like to hear how well the people involved in your care work together to manage your Long Term Condition.
