Primary care services include general practice, optometry (eye health), pharmacy and dentistry services.

  • Continuity will become increasingly important as the population in BOB ages and the number of people with Long Term Conditions (LTCs) increases. The most effective management of LTCs is evidence based, preventive, proactive and coordinated between the various agencies involved in that person’s care. We’d like to hear how well the people involved in your care work together to manage your Long Term Condition.
