NHS Buckinghamshire, Oxfordshire and Berkshire West Integrated Care Board work will only be successful if it is informed by the lived experience, needs and aspirations of the local people they seek to serve. These insights provide powerful tools to improve health outcomes and to identify new and better ways to keep people well and to meet their needs when they are in poor health.
We are keen to develop ways of working that ensures the public and stakeholder insight is embedded into everything we do. It is only by listening to each other, sharing knowledge and experience and working together that we can best understand the needs of the communities we serve, and develop our services to meet those needs.
