NHS Frimley and Buckinghamshire, Oxfordshire & Berkshire West ICBs Joint Transition Programme
Help Shape the Future: Staff Engagement for the New Thames Valley ICB
Welcome to the staff engagement hub for the development of the new NHS Thames Valley Integrated Care Board (ICB).
As part of the joint transition between Frimley and Buckinghamshire, Oxfordshire & Berkshire West (BOB) ICBs, we invited staff to contribute to the design of an operating model for the new organisation. This engagement phase has now closed.
Staff were able to get involved through a questionnaire and through workshops delivered by Co-create.
What next?
The insights you have shared during this engagement period is helping to shape how the new organisation will work—its purpose, priorities, and ways of working. A formal staff consultation on the proposed organisational structures and roles (timing to be confirmed) will be your opportunity to give feedback on the proposed structure of the new ICB, including how teams are organised and how roles are defined.
Thank you
We know this is a time of change and uncertainty. Thank you for your continued commitment and professionalism during this challenging time. We look forward to hearing your ideas and working together to shape the future.
