Buckinghamshire Council public health team and Buckinghamshire Healthcare NHS Trust are working together on a project to improve women’s health before and during pregnancy. This survey aims to gather the views and experiences of Buckinghamshire women who have recently had a baby (or who are currently pregnant).
We would like to hear your thoughts about the information, support and advice that was available to you before and during your pregnancy so that we can help other women to have safe and healthy pregnancies in future.
This survey should take no more than 15 minutes to complete.

This survey is asking for information to help improve women’s health before and during pregnancy. We would like to hear your thoughts about the information, support and advice that was available to you before and during your pregnancy, and also what might help others to have a safe and healthy pregnancy.
